Case Study: The Arc of Dallas / Ft. Worth Accessibility Audit & Site Redesign 2019

I partnered with a team to provide a complete content and UX re-design for The Arc of Dallas / Ft. Worth.

The Arc is a national organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Regional chapters acts in local ways to sustain that purpose as well as facilitate supporting programs which provides training and advocacy resources for families and individuals.

My contributions included:

  • UX Product Manager: management of all client communications, requirements elicitation, scope and deliverable timelines.
  • Co-lead with 2 Sr. Designers the Information Architecture, content inventory and analysis and re-factored the entirety of the content strategy.
  • Design deliverables 
  • Worked with dev specialist, CMS deployment with focus on adherence to inclusive design and accessibility.
